Your 1st Week is FREE

We want you to get a comprehensive "test-drive" of our offerings at ClockTower CrossFit, so your first week is FREE. Get a feel for our programming, our coaching, and our awesome community.

 

If you are an experienced CrossFit athlete, come on in for a week of WODs, CHIME, and specialty classes (Olympic lifting, gymnastics, Family Fitness, PaddleFit). 

If you are new to CrossFit, we'll walk you through scaled and/or modified movements for our WODs and CHIME classes so that you can safely jump right into workouts in order to experience the way these classes flow. Then we can work with you on the next steps for instruction in skills and movements that would prepare you for successfully integrating into classes.

Whether you come with CrossFit experience or not, we know you will have a great experience and that first week is on us.

Summer 2020 Update

Indoor activities in gym spaces are still banned in Michigan by the Governors Executive orders and seem likely to remain so for the foreseeable future. We continue to meet for workouts outside of our gym space, cleared through the office of the governor, complete with measures meant to minimize the risk of spread of Covid-19. Click through to the schedule page to see our schedule and to reserve a spot in a class.

One of the positive outcomes of the changes to our lives as a result of the viral pandemic is the increase in activity and fitness pursuits being undertaken. Anecdotally, we can see more people out walking, running, biking, and more, as well as an increase in wait times to buy exercise equipment. This is also a great time to check out a gym like ours, where you can pursue wellness (both physical and mental), experience an easing of commitment to a fitness program that comes from working out with a group, as well as the encouragement from a positive and supportive community, all while continuing to be mindful of staying as safe as possible.

Feel free to reach out or just drop in to try a class or better yet, a few classes. The first week is always free and we don't make members sign an initiation fee or any long-term contract.
