Chelsea Strength and Conditioning is a fitness community dedicated to helping people live better through improved fitness. Our experienced trainers will help you get from where you are to where you want to be, in an environment that is welcoming to all ages, fitness and skill levels.
There are many options for you to find fitness and a healthier lifestyle in our area. We challenge you to check out ALL of your options and then decide for yourself where you will get the best programming, coaching, and community support. Find the best "fit for you"! Your 1st Week is FREE
We want you to get a comprehensive "test-drive" of our offerings at Chelsea Strength and Conditioning, so your first week is FREE. Get a feel for our programming, our coaching, and our awesome community.
If you are an experienced athlete, come on in for a week of WODs, CHIME, and specialty classes.
If you are new to our programs, we'll walk you through scaled and/or modified movements for our WODs and CHIME classes so that you can safely jump right into workouts in order to experience the way these classes flow. Then we can work with you on the next steps for instruction in skills and movements that would prepare you for successfully integrating into classes.
Whether you come with an awareness of our programs or not, we know you will have a great experience and that first week is on us.
Fall 2020 Update
We are adhering to the requirements and guidelines initiated by the State of Michigan Health Department for gym facilities. As the weather has turned colder and the days are shorter, we are working out almost exclusively inside. If weather permits, we will take advantage and do workouts or pieces of workouts outside where distancing will continue to be observed but masks become optional. When indoors, we require masks to be worn upon entry and during workouts.
Please continue to help us to remain a safe place to workout together by not coming to workout if you are not feeling well.
