CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a program designed especially for kids! Taught by a certified CrossFit Kids coach, Tracy Heydlauff, our mission is to provide a foundation for "lifelong fitness". By making our program simple and fun, your child will learn the basics of body control and SAFE exercise. All the movements will be scalable and can be modified so the programming will be suitable for all kids, regardless of skill level or athletic experience! 

Memberships in this program are monthly and may be renewed each month if you choose. Classes will be limited to 15 kids. Go to our "Sign Up" page for enrollment in this program.
