It's always great to be part of a team! Our workouts are designed with a teamork mentality, to help guide, push, and encourage each other to help each individual to achieve their personal goals. These classes will utilize barbells and other weighted-modalities, as well as other technique driven movements (i.e body weight movements, gymnastics, and monostructural (running and rowing) elements) that will be coached in foundation sessions.
We start all of our members on foundations sessions and we offer it in one-on-one or small group settings. These sessions are designed to familiarize new members with equipment and instruct proper movement patterns. Once these sessions have been completed, members will be ready to fully integrate into any of our group classes. Foundation sessions are scheduled by appointment.
CrossFit Kids is a program designed especially for kids! Taught by a certified CrossFit Kids coach, Tracy Heydlauff, our mission is to provide a foundation for "lifelong fitness". By making our program simple and fun, your child will learn the basics of body control and SAFE exercise. All the movements will be scalable and can be modified so the programming will be suitable for all kids, regardless of skill level or athletic experience!
Fit for Life
Fit for Life classes are targeted to a broad range of individuals who are looking to maintain health and fitness over the long term. The classes are intended to provide a means to build and maintain strength and mobility in order to be able to be more active in day to day living. Less intense than CrossFit and CHIME classes, the programming will still incorporate our core principles for movements that can be modified and or scaled, and will remain variable in order to challenge strength and mobility across a spectrum of functional movements.
"IT'S NOT WHETHER YOU
GET KNOCKED DOWN, IT'S WHETHER YOU GET UP"
Conditioning thru High Intensity and Max Effort
"CHIME" classes provide an environment with mixed and varied exercise principles, with the goal of improving cardiovascular endurance and increasing functional strength, while also improving range of motion in the joints to aid in injury prevention. Movements include bodyweight exercises (like running, push-ups, pull-ups), plyometrics (box jumps), running, static holds for balance, kettle bell swings, dumb bell movements, TRX Suspension and Rip Training, and more. The workouts will always be adaptable to personal limitations and the variety in programming will aid in avoiding complacency in fitness. Proper movement patterns that emphasize correct mechanics will be taught and no experience will be necessary to begin.
ClockTower Oly Club is for individuals who are interested in improving their lifting mechanics or are interested in competing in the sport of weightlifting. These classes are programmed to improve performance in the snatch and the clean-and-jerk.

What you get:
• Discussion of goals and timelines
• Custom accessory work for outside of sessions
• Custom supervised in-session work including words, strength, mobility, etc. as needed.
